If you're unfamiliar with the app, Poshmark Parties are virtual clothing swaps where users post clothing, shoes and accessories within a certain theme. Each year, the Poshmark team hosts several live events in tandem with their virtual parties, so users can meet each other and exchange buying and selling tips.
It was a blast meeting other Posh-obsessed fashionistas like myself and sharing our closets. The awesome Poshmark crew treated everyone to an open bar, a yummy hors d'oeuvres table, and tons of fun swag. (I snagged several Poshmark pens and buttons, and have been including them as gifts for recent buyers.)
If you're an iPhone user and a fashionista, Poshmark is an absolute must. While I haven't purchased anything from the app yet, I've been selling for several months, and I've had almost all positive experiences. It's awesome to share my love of designer fashion with like-minded ladies, and to give my beloved (but ill-fitting or unworn) clothes a new home. Since I started selling on Poshmark, I've made about $200 per month selling items that would otherwise hang neglected in the back of my closet.
